We advise you to include freight insurance when sending diamond knives for repair in the event damage occurs in transit.

All reusable instruments are available for a 15-day evaluation period. To try an instrument, contact our customer service department. After evaluating the item(s), either keep the item(s) and pay the invoice mailed with the instrument(s) or simply call our customer service department and ask for a Return Authorization number to receive full credit for the item(s). When returning an item, please refer to the Return Policy.
